Dorset coast is one of the English gems. It is also very popular with photographers and Portland Bill is one of the most frequented places. I decided to explore and experience the area on my own and deliberately did not look at any photographs on the web before leaving. I did not want to be influenced by other people’s views and wanted to create my own vision. The weather was not amazing and the sunset I was hoping for did not materialize. However the cool light created a dramatic atmosphere that made me feel like I stepped back into prehistoric times.
